Montgomery County Sheriff's Office Deputies discover Marijuana Grow - Clarksville Online




Montgomery County Sheriff's Office - MCSOMontgomery County, TN – Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office Patrol deputies responded to a complaint about a possible marijuana grow shortly before 6:00pm Saturday at 2113 Ferry Road.


When they arrived, deputies observed a small marijuana plant growing outside, behind the home. Deputies then detained the residents and contacted the 19th Judicial District Drug Task Force to assist in the investigation of the marijuana grow.


William Fannin



Authorities charged William Fannin, 45, who gave a 2113 Ferry Road address, was charged with manufacturing marijuana, simple possession and two counts of unlawful drug paraphernalia.

His bond was set at $25,000.


Upon searching the residence, agents with the 19th JDDTF found 15 marijuana plants, grow equipment and paraphernalia.
